The Medicine Wombman

Greetings, beloved souls. I am Shamanicka "The MEDICINE WOMBMAN" Boykins, a bearer of light hailing from the vibrant tapestry of Los Angeles and Compton, California. With reverence for the journey, I hold both a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Sacramento State University, through which I’ve weave threads of compassion and healing.

In my sacred role as Sister's Keeper, Reiki Practitioner, Sacred Space Holder, and more, I have come to understand the realms of human experience for over a decade as a Mental Health Therapist. It is within this understabding that I've beheld the profound impact of grief, particularly within the Black community. Grief, a silent companion to trauma, has too often been stifled, its whispers drowned by societal expectations. The refrain of "be strong" echoing in our ears, covering the rawness of our hearts.

My mission, birthed from the depths of ancestral wisdom and modern understanding, is to offer a modality of healing that tends to grief in its entirety — soul, spirit, emotion, mind, and body. Together, we carve a sanctuary where grief is not a burden to be carried alone but a river to be navigated, its currents guiding us toward transformation. Through the dance of grief movement, we honor the body's wisdom, allowing the flow of energy to weave through us as we journey through loss.

Within the sanctuary of my offerings, I extend a hand to aid in Personal, Physical, Spiritual, and Community Development. Through the alchemy of Intuitive Energy Work, Sacred Space Holding, Compassionate Listening, and the Sisterhood Strategy, we co-create a tapestry of healing and empowerment.

Within the understanding of my calling, "Medicine" embodies the sacred purpose each soul carries, a beacon illuminating the path toward collective healing. And within the heart of my works  lies a precious gem, teaching all how to embrace their divine essence and honor each other.

"Womb-man" — a testament to the sacred vessel of creation nestled within every being, pulsating with the rhythm of life itself. Even in the absence of physical womb, the power to create, to nurture, resides within, awaiting acknowledgment and awakening.
